We have been searching for a new car, and Stoltz had what we wanted. We live in PA, but because we aren't in " their local area" they wanted to upcharge us $3000 extra. Is that even legal?!!! They did respond to our request quickly, to let us know the car was available, but we will definitely not be going there. VERY UNSATISFIED customer
Have had an issue in vehicle since day one. Have now had the car for over 13 months. They had it for a WEEK and only tried to see the issue "several times". Did the same thing to us again within two days. Corporate is less help than talking to a wall. This is my third and last Hyundai. Service department here has been going downhill drastically since they added Mopar. Done with them.
Overall experience went well, friendly customer service made me feel comfortable. Walked me through the financing process as well. Answered my questions, explained car's features. I was loyal to a different car maker but feel my decision to switch makers was correct and look forward to the future with Hyundai.
I feel that the dealership was professional and was able to focus on the goal of my visit. They were flexible about my needs and desires. I did not feel pressure during the purchase.

Problem with paint peeling on car sales manager would not even look at it. You can see him in his little glass office. He shrugged it off telling the salesman what do you want me to do about it.Maybe he thinks hes invisible in there. Service took pictures and my number. Never heard back.

Everyone I encountered at Stoltz was pleasant and knowledgeable. Shawn was able to answer any questions we had on a wide variety of topics. I never felt "forced" into considering a vehicle I was not interested in, which is what I had experienced at other dealerships. My experience was very positive and I am pleased with the vehicle purchase.
The salesman sold me the last car that I purchased. He remembered me when I arrived at the dealership. He explained the new features in the car.

The experience was a good one. We were happy with Shawn's service. Usually hate the car buying experience, but this was not bad. In general, wish that each time you buy a car, that you did not have to "play the car buying game"
Due to an accident, was fifteen minutes late to appointment for oil change and tire rotation. They refused service despite me driving 45 minutes to get there. They won't make appointments after 3:30 except for Friday until 4:00 and refused to even consider staying a few minutes late to service the car. Disappointed because I prefer to get all maintenance done at the dealership.

The day we went looking it was pouring down rain. The salesman did not hesitate to run to the opposite site of the lot to bring the vehicle we were interested up for us to see.

Never assume, check for all the features you want before you buy. The Tucson drives fine, it is noisier than I thought but again all of my complaints are my fault. I have a Cadillac and a Buick and I expected that the 2016 version of all cars would have the features that these two vehicles have, even though the Caddy is a 2010 and the Enclave is a 2014.
